We motivate residents to reduce the amount of rubbish sent to landfill and have schemes in place to help you get rid of waste properly and recycle as much as possible.
We are looking after a number of different issues to ensure your borough stays green and clean. By monitoring air quality and pollution, allotments, energy efficiency and waste and recycling within the borough we can all work together to help move the borough forward.
Allotments are a great way of providing low cost, homegrown food for you and your family and for keeping fit!
Find an issue within the borough then you can report it us as soon as possible.
We clean the public roads and paths in the borough on a six-weekly basis, and we clean the main shopping areas, school routes and shop fronts on a weekly and daily basis
Excessive noise can make life a misery, noisy neighbours, noise from industry or construction sites and barking dogs are just some of the problems that can be experienced
