The pools at Calverton, Arnold and Carlton Forum leisure centres have a wide variety of sessions in the pool ranging from public swimming such as Swim4All and adults only, to exercise classes such as aqua circuits.

Swim 4 All Public sessions welcome everyone young and old. These sessions are included in the DNA and Xtreme membership packages
Adults only Available to anyone over the age of 14
Relaxation swim These sessions are ideal for anyone recovering from injury, or for people suffering from rheumatic, arthritic or similar pains. They are also ideal for our mature patrons to enjoy a swim at their own pace. These sessions are included in the DNA membership. Adults only.
Ladies only A great opportunity for ladies aged 14 years and over with any swimming ability to exercise in a relaxed environment
Lane swims Our public and adults only sessions are great for dedicated swimmers, with our pools divided into slow, medium and fast lanes
Splash tots

Aimed at getting children to feel comfortable in the water with their parents in a safe, play based environment (was parent and toddler)

Inflatafun Our disco inflatable sessions let kids get wet and wild with a real DJ on hand to provide music whilst enjoying their swim. Children must be competent swimmers for these sessions
Aqua circuits Workouts and circuit training sessions with a qualified instructor to help guide and motivate you throughout
Aqua aerobics  Aerobics classes suitable for all levels of fitness
Float fun Our fun sessions let kids run riot on our pool inflatables and fun floats. Children must be competent swimmers for these sessions and may be asked to swim 1 length to satisfy our competency requirements. Children under 8 must enter the pool with an adult
Club and competitive swimming Our leisure centres run and host a number of swimming and scuba diving clubs, as well as a Club Link session which helps children make the transition form swimming lessons into club swimming
