The pools at Calverton, Arnold and Carlton Forum leisure centres have a wide variety of sessions in the pool ranging from public swimming such as Swim4All and adults only, to exercise classes such as aqua circuits.

Swim 4 All Public sessions welcome everyone young and old. These sessions are included in the DNA and Xtreme membership packages
Adults only Available to anyone over the age of 14
Sedate swim These sessions are ideal for anyone recovering from injury, or for people suffering from rheumatic, arthritic or similar pains. Adults only.
50 plus Our 50 plus sessions are ideal for our mature patrons to enjoy a swim at their own pace. These sessions are included in the DNA membership.
Timid time Perfect for adults who can swim a little but lack confidence in the water. Here the pool is divided width-ways with a qualified instructor on hand to offer help and guidance
Ladies only A great opportunity for ladies aged 14 years and over with any swimming ability to exercise in a relaxed environment
Lane Swims Our public and adults only sessions are great for dedicated swimmers, with our pools divided into slow, medium and fast lanes
Swim fit Workouts and circuit training sessions with a qualified instructor to help guide and motivate you throughout
Wet workout Aerobics classes suitable for all levels of fitness
Parent and toddler

Aimed at getting children to feel comfortable in the water with their parents in a safe, play based environment. 

Disco inflatable fun Our disco inflatable sessions let kids get wet and wild with a real DJ on hand to provide music whilst enjoying their swim. Children must be competent swimmers for these sessions
 Aqua circuits Circuit training in the water, including press ups, sit ups and dips
Fun session Our fun sessions let kids run riot on our pool inflatables and fun floats. Children must be competent swimmers for these sessions and may be asked to swim 2 lengths to satisfy our competency requirements
Family fun  Offer fun for all the family and a chance to test your skills on our pool inflatable and fun floats. children must be competent swimmers for these sessions
Club and competitive swimming Our leisure centres run and host a number of swimming and scuba diving clubs, as well as a Club Link session which helps children make the transition form swimming lessons into club swimming.
