Gedling Leisure Card

The Gedling Leisure Card is a small swipe card that offers great discounts on a range of leisure activities. It is available to anyone for a nominal fee, and is renewable annually (with the exception of juniors, whose card lasts until their 17th birthday).

Concessionary Gedling Leisure Card

In some circumstances it may be possible to qualify for a concessionary leisure card, which gives a further discount of up to 30% off leisure activities. The concessionary leisure card is available to:

Concessionary Leisure Card applicants may require proof of eligibility, examples of proof we accept are detailed in the table below:

Student Valid NUS Card or written verification and official stamp from a college or university
Adults over 60 Birth certificate, passport or bus pass
People in receipt of benefits Proof of receipt of Income Support, income-based Job Seekers Allowance, Housing Benefit, Council Tax benefit (excluding lone or single occupant rebates and exemptions) or Working Tax Credit, Employment and support allowance
People living with a disability Proof of receipt of Disability Living Allowance, Severe Disablement Allowance, Industrial Injuries Benefit, Incapacity Benefit or Employment and support allowance

Junior Gedling Leisure Card

Juniors (0 to 16yrs) are entitled to a junior leisure card which gives further discounts of up to 40% off activities. A junior card lasts until a child's 17th birthday when they will then have to transfer to either a standard leisure card or a concessionary leisure card.

 

How to Apply

Gedling Leisure Card and Concessionary Leisure Card application forms are available Online, from all our leisure centres and by visiting us at the Gedling1stop in the Civic Centre.

The leisure cards last for 1 year with the exception of Juniors where the card stays valid until their 17th birthday. When a leisure card expires customers need to renew their card at reception at any of the leisure centres.
