Chair based exercise
Our chair based exercise classes aim to help with strength and balance. Suitable for all abilities, specifically for older people or those with mobility problems. Volunteer leaders are fully trained.
The classes are held at Carlton Forum Leisure Centre every Tuesday at 11am. The sessions are free and booking is not required, simply arrive at the session ten minutes before the session starts and speak to the instructor.
Several short walks led by trained volunteer walk leaders that last around an hour aimed to keep you active, improve your health and make new friends. The sessions are free to attend and there is no need to book, simply turn up ten minutes before the session starts to speak to the walk leader.
